Return/Refund Policy

Return Deadline

  • EU Customers: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return, in accordance with EU consumer rights.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use.
  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery 

Returns & Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if applicable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us via email, and we will respond within 24 hours.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact usvia email. We respond to all emails within 24 hours.

Shipping

To return your item, please contact us for return instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Unclaimed & Returned Packages:
    If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed or because the provided shipping address was incorrect, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package. If the buyer chooses not to have the package resent, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

  • International Orders:
    Any customs fees, duties, or return shipping costs charged by the carrier will be deducted from the refund amount.
